Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Manager: Manco HR Operations in Johannesburg will include:

- Assist GM: Manco HR Services in the creation of the functional strategy in line with the overarching business goals
- Participate in the HR operational business plan execution whilst ensuring strategic alignment and integration
- Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans and roadmaps
- Understand and interpret the operational HR core needs and utilize the appropriate centres of excellences, policies, procedures, practices and tools, systems, technologies and interventions for needs fulfilment
- Source, induct, and manage talent in accordance with legislative guidelines
- Continually develop a culture of strong collaboration and effective team working
- Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary
- Provide definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program
- Develop and implement a training plan in order to build and develop skills within the team

Requirements for this Senior Manager: Manco HR Operations job in Johannesburg:

- Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree (specialization in Management/Human Resources/Behavioural Sciences as appropriate)
- MBA or Masters (advantageous)
- Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body relevant to HR Operations and Service Management
- Manager track record of 5 years or more
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR domain with extensive exposure in Industrial Relations, Transformation and Employee Experience, CCMA/ Labour Court, drafting policies and contracts, Employee assistant programmes and HR administration
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
- Experience working in a medium to large organization
- Experience in Telecom Business will be advantageous
