RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR MANAGER – OPERATIONS (SHORT-TERM INSURANCE) for a well-established legal concern. Position based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Business Science Degree and / or relevant Project Management qualification.
Person must be able to read, write and speak English efficiently.
Valid driver’s license / own vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Customer retention.
Projects.
Stakeholder relationship management.
Strong team leader / management of staff.
Person will be required to develop and implement an effective customer retention strategy and provide
support to the management team in matters relating to the implementation of strategy, new business opportunities, client communication and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
