Minimum Education
Masters degree in (Industrial) Psychology
Registered as an (Industrial) Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
Talent Management Qualification or 3-5 years’ experience
Minimum Experience
3 years’ experience as an OD Specialist, with HR Generalist background
5 years’ experience in Corporate Assessment (Psychometrics), with exposure to a range of assessment tools and methodologies, including Assessment/Development Centers.
6-8 years
Culture Management
Project Management of HR projects/ good understanding
Talent Management experience 3 – 5 years
Technical (COMP)
Must be able to drive issues to resolution
