JOB PURPOSE

To assume strategic and operational responsibility for the firm’s Technical and quality assurance programme that has been designed specifically to transform the current maturity of internal audit across the Southern African region. In addition, the incumbent will also be expected to participate in the conduct of independent quality assurance reviews for allocated internal audit clients of the firm from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPEREINCE
• CA (SA)
• CIA
• MS Office Suite
• 15 Years overall experience Completed Articles and relevant post articles experience
• 10 Year in Middle Management and/or Senior Management


KNOWLEDGE
• Sound experience in Internal Audit
• Solid experience in developing thought leadership research articles
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance requirements and audit methodology development .
• Detailed knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
• Knowledge on how to gather, synthesize and organise information and formulate appropriate conclusions.
