Job Description

Design of Mechanical Building Services: wet services & HVAC, also fire is advantageous.
Preparation of Tenders, Specs and documentation for Contracts for construction.
Managing, planning, organizing and controlling projects.
Drawing up and submitting Tenders and Bids.
Control of AR & WIP.
Ensuring clients are satisfied at all times.
Use of company QMS.
Managing and advising junior staff.
Making potential clients aware of our products and services.
Overseeing efforts, revenue taking and project variances.
Experience in Project management would be preferred.

Minimum Requirements

B. Eng or B. Sc Mechanical Engineering
Pr Eng registered
3 year’s post registration experience in mechanical building services projects
PMP optional, but would be highly beneficial
5 year’s design experience in mechanical building services projects
Proven construction monitoring and contract administration experience.
Working knowledge of relevant South African standards (SANS, National Building Regulations)
Valid Drivers’ License
