SUMMARY

Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in engineering roles for over 10 years. Strong expertise in product design, thermal analysis, etc. Demonstrated leadership in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components seamlessly into overall product design.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in mechanical engineering solutions.
Develop and implement design standards and best practices.
Perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations.
Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in mechanical systems.
Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall project quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues during the development process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in software, e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
