A global music and entertainment company based in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking a Senior Music Manager to drive repertoire development of local South African artists in the United States. This role reports into the Managing Director. If you are passionate about music and have local and United States music sales experience, this is the chance of a life time!

Key Duties:

1. Leverage your existing US network to assist South African artists to promote their music in the United States and beyond
2. Develop launch plans, marketing campaigns, global promotional trips and international digital campaigns
3. Manage the music release planning
4. Create non-music based promotional and commercial content
5. Set up and oversee the promotional schedule
6. Oversee international tour activities
7. Document and report progress to Sales and local Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience

1. BA or business degree or equivalent
2. MUST HAVE: United States and \ or international music experience
3. MUST HAVE: a solid contact base \ network in Atlanta, New York City and Los Angeles with radio stations, clubs and promoters etc
4. Experience in Marketing, Promotions, Event Planning and Music Tour publicity
5. Ability to travel internationally frequently and work extended hours
