Our client is an Australian based operation in Muizenberg who operates a packaging facility for pharmaceutical products. They would like to appoint a Senior Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative, financial and operations support, in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate functioning of the company operations within South Africa.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Provide Human Resources support;
2. Provide general administrative and office support;
3. Perform general finance support; and
4. Support warehousing, logistics and site facilities with a focus on.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Previous experience in an office management / administration co-ordinator or PA/EA position;
2. Proven understanding of generalist Human Resources and industrial relations legislation knowledge;
3. Proven knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures;
4. Proven knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures; and
5. Proven knowledge of payroll functions and procedures.

1. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
2. Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment including multi-tasking and flexibility in response to changing situations;
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Educational requirements:
1. B Degree or relevant tertiary qualification in office management/financial administration.
2. Computer literate with previous of ERP software in particular SAP.
