Nitasat is a marketing company dedicated to lead generation for National Debt Advisors (NDA) – an established Debt Review company. Nitasat operates a call center, online marketing team, and affiliate marketing operations. These depend on internal business systems (based on Laravel PHP).

We need an experienced, capable senior developer to manage and evolve the business systems at Nitasat. Our intricate systems handle considerable volumes of data and multiple integrations between our vendors, partners, and among our own systems.

The Lead Developer will work in the Business Systems team and report directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

Technical skill requirements:

• Min. 3-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Min. 4 years' PHP programming experience
• Min. 2 years’ experience using Laravel PHP framework
• Min. 2 years’ experience using MySQL and SQL queries in general
• Experience in troubleshooting complex PHP applications
• Experience with Git, VueJS, and NPM
• Working knowledge of Amazon EC2 and S3 (advantageous)

Business skill requirements:

• Ability to communicate with internal customers in order to define business and technical requirements
• Ability to keep internal customers updated on developments
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to articulate, develop and document technical requirements
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks aligned to business goals accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Working with the dialler and marketing teams to determine ongoing requirements
• Working with the CTO to prioritize, design and implement updates to NDA’s core systems
• Managing internal and partner-facing technical documentation on our APIs and processes
• Daily maintenance and monitoring of the internal systems
• Delivering on ad-hoc support requests involving custom SQL queries and manual reports
