Our client is looking to employ a Senior Portfolio Manager (EE Position)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximise the management of market / credit risks within the Shareholder Balance Sheet of the insurance entity by:

Designing, implementing, and overseeing investment strategies and portfolios, in alignment with actuarial liabilities, the board-approved risk appetite, the entity’s capital, and given mandates.
Providing strategic expertise to guide the alignment of market risk assessments and outcomes through contributions to Momentum Group policies, valuation methods, product development, and pricing.
Requirements:

Degree in Actuarial Science
8-12 years’ experience in financial markets/portfolio management / Asset liability Management Insurance / Banking. Global markets
8 – 12 years of investment market experience
Actuarial background is advantageous
Constructing investment strategies
Murex Integrated Capital Markets Platform
