Using the Agile methodology, the Senior Product Manager in Cape Town, South Africa will work with the development teams to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met for each release. This job will require you to build an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders to translate requirements, to form the backlog and prioritise the requirements to give business value, in order to represent the end user’s needs. Communication is key as you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and help develop the product strategy and roadmap.

- Previous experience and demonstrable knowledge of working within a Product Management role
- Knowledge and experience of working with game development teams
- Experience with modern development processes
- Have comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle of the software development process
- Solid leaderships skills
- Knowledge of requirements capture and specification techniques, the ability to balance tactical and strategic needs and always focus on the customer
- Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have good attention to detail, can work well under pressure and able to adapt quickly to change knowledge of and interest in the online gaming industry, particularly within the casino gaming space
