The SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER will be responsible for the delivery of the output / product of the full portfolio of the Company’s new build – relocate and remodel projects & will coordinate the team who are working on the various projects.

Some Responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the portfolio of projects.
• Define the controls to manage the portfolio of projects, that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc.
• Plan the overall portfolio of projects and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects.
• Manage the portfolio of projects’ budget.

Essential Requirements to be met:
- Completed Tertiary Qualification in Engineering
- 5 – 10 Years experience, part of which should include Senior Project Management experience
- Must have broad knowledge of project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of the wider objectives of the portfolio of projects, such as business and strategic goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong Financial, & Business acumen
- Valid drivers license & willingness to travel
