Our client seeks an experienced Senior Reporting / Business Intelligence Analyst who will analyze large complex datasets and facilitate development of accurate, easy to read, performance dashboards using modern data science tools, techniques, and best practices. The ideal person should be meticulous, detail-oriented and possess advanced analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with program teams, technical advisors, data and public health teams to identify and create system performance insights.

Requirements:
3-5 years' experience building dashboards and analyses with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBi etc)
Programming experience
Strong knowledge and experience with reporting/visualization packages (eg Tableau_ SQL server reporting service)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using quantitative research methods and statistical packages for analyzing datasets - Excel as a minimum (Excel, SPSS, SAS, STATA etc)
Proven ability to analyse data_ draw insights_ and prepare reports in a cohesive_ intuitive_ and simplistic manner
Monitoring and Evaluation_ Dashboard Development_ Data Automation
Able to provide training and skills transfer to peers and supported facilities
Ensure quality assurance of data provided
Experience in stakeholder relations and management
Exposure to the data science life cycle or the department of health systems is preferable
Strong knowledge and experience with reporting/visualisation packages (eg Tableau_ SQL server reporting service)
BCom / Honours / Masters degree in Sciences / Research field / Computer Science / Mathematics Statistics Epidemiology Data Science or equivalent qualification
