JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Very strong skills with MS Excel specifically.
Excellent mathematical skills for costing and capacity calculations and statistical evaluations.
Masters Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Sciences with an added advantage for Quality Management.
8yrs+ previous experience in research and development in a food manufacturing environment with a focus on bakery technology and applications.
Competency in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
