Enthusiastic and service-oriented Senior Retail Sales Consultant needed at a well established Paint company in Kenridge.

Job Description Summary
•Support the Retail Store Manager in guiding coaching the rest of the Retail Sales Team
•Support the Retail Store Manager in leading the Retail Sales Team
•Consulting customers with regards to colour and application
•Attend to customer enquiries and complaints
•Process payments
•Admin reporting
•Assist with stock taking
•House keeping

Requirements
•A Sales Related Qualification is preferred
•Fluent in English and Afrikaans ( Xhosa advantageous )
•3 - 5 years experience in a Retail Sales environment
•Must have good leadership skills
•Must be proactive and self-driven
•Excellent customer relations is essential
•Must be able to build good relationships with co-workers and managers
•Must have the ability to consult with difficult customers
•Must have the ability to work well under pressure
•Candidate must be enthusiastic energetic

Working Hours
•Monday - Friday ( 7:30 - 17:00 )
•Every second Saturday ( 9:00 - 13:00 )
