Senior Sales Agent Vacancy:

Do you have a strong sales pitch? Join our sales force today and enhance your professional career in the financial sector! The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in call center setting and an excellent track record of meeting sales targets. A love of teamwork is important as Senior Sales Advisors are managed in teams by their respective Senior Sales Team Leaders. Candidates capable of working independently without supervision are preferred. Your role will entail receiving inbound calls as warm leads from our lead generation sales floor and closing the sales by gathering all relevant documentation to begin the debt review process.

The Senior Sales Advisor position offers a basic salary of R8K – R10K depending on your level of experience. Take advantage of our uncapped commission structure with earnings up to +R40K!

This is a full-time position: we work business hours, on occasion one Saturday a month, and tend to leave work early on Friday afternoons!

Basic Requirements:

• Candidates must have their Matric/ Standard 10 (maths or maths literacy would be advantageous)
• Candidates must have sales experience within the Financial Industry
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' proven telesales experience
• Candidates must have clear ITC and criminal records
• Good, contactable references

Desired Qualities:

• Knowledge of the Debt Review process
• Strong administrative experience
• Intermediate Excel experience
