We offer a basic salary ranging from R16K - R18K, with commission based on your team's performance!

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Senior Sales Advisors
• Optimizing sales and conversions
• Supporting agents to deliver success against their KPIs and targets
• Daily coaching, mentoring and managing objections
• Managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
• Implementing sales strategies in order to increase client pipeline
• HR administration and performance management
• Conducting team meetings
• Data workflow management
• Managing team stats
• Managing leads effectively

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years proven sales experience with a successful sales rate (Essential)
• Min. 2 years' proven experience leading a sales team (Essential)
• Intermediate Excel skills (Essential)
• An understanding of lead management and data performance (Essential)
• Ability to manage agent compliance in line with best industry practice
• Ability to manage performance and develop agents into sales soldiers
• Ability to deal with conflict and resolve internal staffing issues
