Duties:

• Expert SAP functional Payroll (PY) experience
• Extensive PA/OM/PT knowledge
• Extensive experience in Applications Operations
• International SAP experience advantageous
• Strong communication skills, verbal and in writing are required
• ITIL certification advantageous.
• German communication capabilities advantageous. Align with Functional Consultants and Developers of the team.
• Create / check test cases
• Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live activities (Could be on weekends, late evenings)
• Ensure implementation according timeline
• Develop solution and prepare for User Acceptance Test
• Ensure Transition into line
• Ensure availability during Go Live (Weekend) and Hypercare phase
• Ensure proper documentation (Design, Technical documents)
• Follow ITPM /AGILE approach
• Handling of application Incidents, problems and changes on daily basis
• Document all Known errors on the Known Solution Database
• Daily Process chain monitoring
• Understanding of PY Modelling techniques
• Implementing of SAP notes
• Importing of transports using Solution Manager
• Coordinate with the Basis team during upgrades
• Plan and coordinate system downtime during agreed maintenance windows

Education and Experience:
• Work experience/Certification in HCM/diploma/degree
• At Least 5 Years SAP PY Experience
• Expert knowledge in maintenance schema and rules
• SAP PA/OM/PT knowledge
• SAP Success Factors EC will be beneficial
• Your technical background will enable you to understand the complexity of the existing solutions in place and support them with a high degree of competence
