Senior Operations Manager

What you’ll do:
• You will focus on managing key processes that are critical to success of SEO Group.
• As a leader, you will be responsible for the day to day operations, setting / managing expectations, implementing guidelines, providing support, and mentoring team members.
• You will be expected to deliver strategic SEO projects like content gap analysis, keyword research, competitor site teardown etc. by meeting success metrics.
• You must possess knowledge of best practices around on- and off site optimization to support overall SEO strategy of the company.
• You will be reporting to the Group head of Search and working alongside him to implement and manage Search success.
Duties and responsibilities
• Build, plan and implement the overall Search Strategy
• Manage the implementation of the strategy.
• You will have 3 global heads of Search reporting to you. Each with their own teams
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Prepare and manage budgets
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
• Report and communicate strategies, progress, results in sync with agreed KPI’s
• Prepare and present reports to the board.
• Provide insight and strategic recommendation to consistently improve campaign performance.
• Partner with Canadian, Spanish and UK based stakeholders to ensure all sides are aligned on everything.
• Nurture, mentor and grow SEO talent.
• Aid to the development of new SEO capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Requirements
• 10 years of experience in the SEO industry
• In depth knowledge of Search Marketing trends (SEO)
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• 10 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Basic knowledge of web procedures
• Strong management experience
• Strong understanding of SEO processes.
• Expert in Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and other tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Jira, Confluence and HTML.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

• Deep knowledge of outreach
• Experience in the Igaming sector would be an advantage
