Our client requires an experienced senior site agent , minimum of 12 years experience on large building projects , preferably multi storey , hotel exposure an advantage.

Applicants should hold a National Diploma or equivalent.

Duties/responsibilities

-Report to contracts manager
-Take full site responsibility
-Liaise with professional team
-Ensure site information flow
-Manage sub contractors , quality , production , inspections , meetings and payments
-Quality assurance
-Production
-Materials management
-Site meetings
-Site programming (MS Projects)
