Telecommunication | ISP Leader is recruiting for a well experienced Software Developer to join their team

? The Software Developer – Senior will be playing a key role in the design, development, testing, installation, documentation and maintenance of our software systems.
? He/she will be responsible for:
- Production of technical designs and specifications,
- Software design, development, testing, implementation and support
- Instilling software engineering best practices in the team
- Mentoring junior team members
- Technical leadership
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
• Design, develop, test and implement new software
• Maintain existing software
• Drive software quality
• Troubleshoot operational systems
• Present ideas for system improvements
• Support your team to achieve its goals
• Improve your knowledge of our systems and the space we operate in
• Provide technical leadership to the business
• Mentor junior team members
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
• Ability to work in a team
• Eye for detail

• Logical and organised
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
• PHP, JavaScript / ES6 / TypeScript, SQL, Linux and Apache
• Test Driven Development
• SOLID principles
• Clean Code
• Git, GitLab, BitBucket or similar
• Jenkins, Octopus, Puppet
• jQuery
• Angular
• Feathers
• Node
• AWS

Qualification:
• A university degree in Computer Science or similar
