Senior Sous Chef – 5 star Tanzania

Luxury 5 star Game Lodge in Tanzania urgently seeks an experienced Senior Sous Chef who has proven experience in a similar position as a 5 star Luxury Game Lodge.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 years’ work experience in a fast paced 5* environment
Have a good verbal understanding and a written knowledge of English
Formal Culinary qualification  is advantageous
Understanding of level 1 health and hygiene for food handlers
Good knowledge of food preparation, knife skills and food service
Good all-rounder who can fit into any department in the kitchen
Pastry knowledge will be an advantage
Passion for kitchen management – including all kitchen administration, general hygiene and people management
Computer literacy will be an advantage
Valid Passport to travel 
Police Clearance an advantage
Traceable work references and a consistent work record
