Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Senior Sous Chef, to join a Boutique property situated in Somerset West. The restaurant offers a relaxed Casual Food Vibe, gastro pub style – modern and delicious, luxurious accommodation and world class spa facilities.

The perfect candidate is someone with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail, leadership and management skills, good organisation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:

• A diploma in professional cookery
• National Senior Certificate
• Excellent culinary skills
• Able to produce relaxed casual food, modern and delicious
• Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
• Great communication skills on all levels
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Focussed, creative and passionate about the hospitality industry
• Strong inventory control
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Be able to work under pressure
• Computer literate
