We are looking for an experienced SENIOR SPA THERAPIST to join the team of a well-known, 4-star Private Game Lodge located in Bela Bela region in Limpopo.

Main duties  and experience required from Senior Spa Therapist:
Must be prepared to work in remote area, including adaptability required in an environment such as Game Lodges require
Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner whilst upholding company standards
Maintain equipment and inventory of products
Keep documentation and maintain client’s files
Keep a clean and stocked room
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
Good financial acumen required for controls, budgeting and procurement requirements
Ability to market spa services to Lodge Guests in order to achieve sales goals & targets
Develop & implement marketing strategies
Schedule guest appointments
Management reporting required
Manage customer complaints when required
Stable track record
Reliable, ethical, confidential, motivated, sales orientated, honest, passionate
Qualifications required:
2 to 3 years’ experience in Spa treatments and services
Knowledge of face and body treatments
Valid Spa Therapist Qualification
Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
Salary package:
Salary negotiable within reason & dependent on experience and qualifications
Partial Provident – forms part of overall CTC package (compulsory membership)
Medical aid is available for individual only & the company will pay 50% of the employee’s membership but is restricted to Classic Saver or below option on Discovery (voluntary membership)
Live-in Position & Meals provided on duty – single accommodation only
