We have an exciting career opportunity for Senior Store Administrator to join our team at our flagship Store in Kloof Street, Cape Town.
The successful incumbent should have an interest in the wellness industry, good communication skills and deliver excellent customer service. You should be assertive and deadline-driven and have the ability to work methodically, neatly and accurately.
Your key function will be to perform all relevant office functions for the store, and you may be required to be second in control of the store when the store manager is unavailable, thus be a key holder and be able to work flexible hours.
Main Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Management of cash floats
• Petty cash control
• Completing cash up and day end tasks
• Investigating overs and unders
• Reconciliation of daily refunds
• Accountable for price overrides
• Ordering of selected lines from suppliers
• Ordering and maintenance of uniforms and stationery
• Price ticketing
• Stock counts – 8-week cycle
• Assist with stock receiving and capturing supplier invoices on the system
• Various other duties as and when reasonably required
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant business administration qualification
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a retail admin role
• Computer literate
• Competent in Microsoft Excel
• Basic management experience
