Our IT Client in Bellville Cape Town is looking for a Senior Support Engineer with 5-6 years’ experience which holds a MCSE qualification. You need to work on Sophos, Cyberroam firewalls and VPN Solutions on a senior experienced level. MS Azure Cloud experience would be a bonus

Min Requirement
Matric and Current MCSE (Server 2012 R2 / 2016 minimum)
Minimum 4 to 5 years in a remote/on-site desktop and server support environment.
Have own car and cell phone

Job requirements
Remote /onsite desktop and server support
MS Active Directory and MS Exchange admin and support experience essential
MS Office and Office365 support experience essential
Knowledge of MFPs and network printing essential
Knowledge of Sophos and CyberRoam Firewalls and VPN solutions highly advantageous
ConnectWise and QuoteWerks experience highly advantageous
MS Azure Cloud experience also advantageous
Maintaining a good client relationship
Good understanding of a network infrastructure and networking peripherals
