Minimum Requirements

• Solid Conveyancing experience in all aspects relating to transfers
• Experience with servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations, issuing of Certificates of Registered Title and Certificates of Consolidated Title
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle volumes of matters
• Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently
• Able to handle volumes of matters
• Stable employment record
• Contactable reference

• Handling of transfers from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
• Drafting all documentation ancillary to matter (CRT, CCT, Servitude, applications to remove conditions), submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents.
• Client liaison
• Continuous reporting to clients
• Attending to finances on all transactions.
