POSITION: Service Administrator – Fixed Term Contract
LOCATION: Kempton Park
SALARY: R 20 000
TYPE: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (January to June 2020)

Overall Purpose-
Carry out and execute all service administrational duties, provide high standards of professional support for internal teams and customers.

Minimum Requirements
Assist Team Leader and field teams in day to day operations.
Keep customers up to date with any open calls within the specified KPI’s.
Talk with customers on a regular basis being polite, friendly and professional at all times.
Carry out all Administrational duties while meeting agreed KPI’s.
Meet required timelines while ensuring professional standards are maintained.
To approach all objectives, tasks and communication with a positive enthusiasm.
To carry out quickly and efficiently all reasonable instructions from management.
Computer literate in Pastel Evolution

Key Responsibilities-
Answer inbound customer calls, log and record all information.
Record accurate information and pass to engineers.
Contact engineers for regular feedback regarding any open calls.
Keep CRM database fully up to date.
Invoice customers with the specified KPI timelines.
Maintain and assist the Team Leader with all stock control, packing and shipping while carrying our stock takes as required.
Returning any warranty parts to the UK or Japan keeping all related paperwork to complete process.
Be aware of all order lead times for expected deliveries to then be shipped to the customers within minimum timeframe possible.
Keep records of all orders placed with suppliers and expected delivery times, with accurate accessible information made available to the team leader.
Produce recommended spares and service visit quotations.
