My client a leader in the fashion industry is looking for a Service Desk Operator for their Head Office in Cape Town
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook
• At least two years’ service desk experience with customer relations interaction
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Retail experience
• Experience with ERP systems will be advantageous
• Basic knowledge of Windows 2008-2010 will be advantageous
• Must be available to provide afterhours support
