This management position reports to the Senior Manager: Workshops and Parts. A person with management skills, who maintains good human relations and has the following qualifications.

Job Description:

Employee will be responsible for

o Planning and organising the workload in the workshop to maximise effective manpower utilisation and cost effective maintenance to machinery and equipment
o Efficient customer service for maintaining long-term relationships
o Profitable management and administration of the workshop and parts
o Order spares and components needed for reperations and maintenance
o Dealing with enquiries regarding products and prices
o inventory management
o Financial management
o Marketing of services
o Loss control and housekeeping
o Ad hoc tasks related to prior.

Qualifications:
o Relevant Trade Test (N3) or Diploma or NQF 5
o 4 to 6 years related experience.
o Knowledge of repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment; optimisation of workshop efficiency; managing a spares and workshop department management of staff and SHEQ practices.
Thorough knowledge of mechanized agriculture and related products (New Holland in particular), will strengthen your application.
