The responsibilities will include
• Overseeing the complete functions in the servicing department.
• Overseeing the complete functions in the stores department.
• Receiving customer calls and liaising with customers.
• Coordinating staff to attend to customer requirements.
• Ensure that the correct paperwork is received and processed.
• Controlling all servicing contracts.
• Monitoring vehicles.
• Control stock and equipment buy-ins.
• Control issuing of stock.

Requirements
• Previous experience in the commercial and industrial refrigeration sector.
• Must be customer service orientated.
• Must be able to manage staff in a positive but firm manner.
• Must be able to work well within a team environment.
