A vacancy exists for a Service Team Leader who will be responsible for repair, commission and service of HVAC Equipment, Controls and Electrical.

Key Deliverables:
• Main Objective - Customer Satisfaction
• Develop working relationships with clients and cultivate new clients
• Deliver quality products and service
• Repairs and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Handle New Installations – when required
• Technical support to Technicians
• Commissioning of HVAC Plant and Controls
• Servicing of HVAC systems when required
• Ensure compliance to Health and Safety
• Ensure quality control of final installed product

Qualifications and Experience:
• Technical Trade Qualification – Refrigeration & Grade 12 or technical equivalent
• Refrigeration and electrical experience essential particularly in fault finding & problem solving
• In-depth knowledge of Central HVAC Plant & Chillers required
• 5 years post trade test experience in HVAC
• 3 years of experience in staff management, performance management and currently in a technical supervisory role
• Driver’s License: Code B
• Good working knowledge of General Machinery Regulations
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point - proficient
