SHE FOREMAN

A well-known company in Kuils River currently have a position available for a SHE Foreman.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support ISO 9001; ISO14001; ISO 45001 & ISO22000 FSSC 22000 standards & ensure strict compliance
Plan & conduct SHE training as per annual schedule and ensure proper records are kept in place
Conduct & manage SHE & FS internal audits
Liaise with Department of Labour and Compensation Commissioner with regards to accidents & progress
Design best practices based on legislative requirements
Management of contractors and ensure compliance of all company procedures
Take charge of special SHE projects as required from time to time
Maintain electronic and hard copy of SHE & FS documentation as per company requirements
Keep abreast of legal requirements and ensure compliance

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety & Environmental Management or similar, essential
Qualification in Occupational Hygiene an advantage
At least 3 years supervisory experience and management of teams essential
Good understanding / working knowledge of EHS Regulations and policies
Internal Auditor qualifications/experience
Good understanding of ASIB requirements
Excellent Computer skills e.g Word and Excel
Must be able to conduct training
