A great opportunity exists for an experienced Shift Boss for their operations in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications: Grade 12, Blasting Certificate, Shift Boss Certificate of Competency, at least 7 years’ experience which includes 2 years at a shift boss level within a mining environment.

Responsibilities: To ensure the health and safety of people in the section, ensure daily production targets are achieved, develop the team and problem solving.
