Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous (Retail Diploma)
• 2 to 3 supervisory experience with a FMCG retail sector

• People Management
• Merchandising, Customer Service and Sales
• Receive and dispatch
• Housekeeping
• Manage expenses
• Maintenance and servicing of refrigeration
• Stock loss Control and prevention
• Manage occupational health and safety standards
• Manage team of drivers and assistants
• Daily vehicle checks
• IR and disciplinary matters
• Ability to lead motivates and develop staff essential
• Able to work shifts and weekends and public holidays
