RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced SHIFT SUPERVISOR for a large manufacturing concern – position based in the Pietermaritzburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Production or Supervisory related qualification an added advantage.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Ability to speak, read and write English competently.
Very strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3 years’ experience in a similar position in a manufacturing / milling environment.
Person will oversee and manage the shift process, which includes human resources, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations and to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Staff management experience.
