Silverlakes, Pretoria East: RETAIL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented and professional
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Minimum 3 years merchandising experience a must (preferably in a supervisory / managerial capacity)
-Able to manage personnel and capable of following company’s administrative procedures
-Experienced in loss prevention a must
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
-Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Retail Merchandising Supervision for packaging supplier
-Ensure warehouse operations are conducted daily in accordance with company’s merchandising procedures
-Create, implement and monitor plans for loss prevention in warehouse with regards to merchandising
-Manage all assistants and ensure adherence to tasks at hand as per service agreements
-Delegate additional tasks as required, ensuring company operates efficiently and profitability
-Maintain neat, clean, attractive and functionally effective merchandising displays
-Ensure in-stock items are on display and properly merchandise
-Assist in continuous stock counts of inventory
-Manage merchandising teams and follow disciplinary procedures where necessary
-Ensure merchandising of all stock in correct location bins
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market relation)
