Our client requires an experienced site agent / manager , minimum of 9 years experience on large building projects , preferably warehousing

Project starts January 2022

Applicants should hold a National Diploma or equivalent.

Duties/responsibilities
• Report to contracts manager
• Take full site responsibility
• Liaise with professional team
• Ensure site information flow
• Manage sub contractors , quality , production , inspections , meetings and payments
• Quality assurance
• Production
• Materials management
• Site meetings
• Site programming (MS Projects)
