Manage site operations including, Planning, Organising, Integrating of resources such as labour, equipment & Technical assistance is required to complete the work scope according to the contractual requirements. In-house training. Act as ISO 3834 Welding coordinator & control quality of work according to WA aspects related to work area & scope of work. SITE WORK: Ensure all welding procedures are followed. Final site reposts. WORKSHOP: Planning of Grinding component jobs. Building of equipment to weld components to specified WPSs. See that quality requirements are met. INTERNAL TRAINING: SHE, forklift, PDP, Lifting equipment, fire fighting, lock-outs etc. Planning. Excellent communication skills. Valid drivers licence
