Site Supervisor– Centurion (Manufacturing Industry)
A well-known manufacturing company based in Centurion is currently looking for a Site Supervisor from to start immediately! NO CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER CV’S WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience in industry
MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - Must have knowledge and experience in Shopfronts; Curtain Wall; Sliding Folding doors (Stacking Systems); Frameless & different Aluminium systems and profiles

Requirements:
Matric
Own transport & valid unendorsed license
MUST have knowledge in the glass & aluminium industry as Site Manager/Project Manager
Must be computer literate and can work on Starfront & AutoCAD
Must have knowledge and experience in Shopfronts; Curtain Wall; Sliding Folding doors (Stacking Systems); Frameless & different Aluminium systems and profiles
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English, read, write, speak)

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensures the staff follows company policies and procedures, while manufacturing quality products.
Inspect the work of staff and implements rules in the assembly line, such as wearing protective gear or proper uniform.
Setting production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily related to the assembly line,
Reporting to supervisors, and communicating with other departments in implementing new company policies.
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
