A group of companies is looking to employ SME GENERAL BUSINESS
MANAGER in the following industries: particular in Bureau de Change and
Money Transfer, Banking & Financial Services, Pawning, FMCG and
Agricultural Pharmaceutical/Medical.

REQUIREMENTS:
? 7 - 10 years’ experience managing a business ON BEHALF OF THE
OWNER or;
? Managed YOUR OWN business for a period of 7 – 10 years
? Managing various channels in a business with the main focus on
business development, sales, marketing etc.
? Strong administration, coordinating and consolidating skills
? Valid Driver’s license
? MS Office proficient, especially MS Excel
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
? Excellent leadership skills and able to manage workflow without
supervision
? Attention to detail, time management, prioritizing, meeting of deadlines
? Proactive and strong ability to update management continuously on
progress
? Brilliant coordinating and ADMINISTRATION skills is required
? Fluency in English which include excellent business writing skills
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Able to manage stress by strong focusing ability as well as multitask
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Report directly to the CEO and COO
? Responsible for overseeing and supervising the company's activities
with regard to new product launches, sales, compliance, licenses,
work tools, correspondence, maintenance, IT – BASICALLY A – Z
responsibility

? Monitor departmental budgets, prepare reports for senior
management and ensure the department complies with company
requirements
? Communication and negotiating with potential partners, suppliers,
authorities, government bodies, external stakeholders
? Identify potential new opportunities for growth of market share
? Support in cross-selling, up-selling, product launches in line with
business goals
? Administration – A – Z : from job cards, reports, etc
