Our company that is based in Sandton looking for an Online Digital & Social Media/ (Guru) to start immediately. The candidate must not be floating between freelance jobs and must be available immediately.

KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop, manage and execute marketing strategy for both SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL and implement Digital and Social Media Strategy which includes a SWOT analysis, identifying target markets and expected results/targets as per company objective
• Make use of data analytics and analytics software to analyse, review and correct poor results for both SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL
• Make use of research techniques to review and analyse competitors, target market, customer and/or consumer behaviour etc
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness and ensure the ultimate goal in generating LEADS and ensure that these leads generate DEALS and INCOME
• Coordinate with the departments to design VARIOUS advertising campaign for both SOCIAL MEDIA and DIGITAL e.g digital banners etc

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES

• Diploma in Digital Media or Similar - advantage
• 7 – 10 years experience Social Media with demonstrated successes in campaigns, CMS, content development and management
• 7 – 10 years experience in Digital – SEO, SEM, Website Analysis, CMS, content development & management
• Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck and HootSuite, )
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
