Requirements: • Computer Science or related degree • 5+ Years’ experience • Solid Java development knowledge and experience - Java SE 7 + 8 • Maven build tool experience • Software engineering standards and experience. • Solid database skills incl. SQL/MySQL database • Functional, technical, testing specification documentation advantageous • XML/JSON/Protobuf knowledge • Web Services (REST/SOAP). • Object relational mapping (ORM) (e.g. Hibernate) • Apache Tomcat • Spring (Version 4) knowledge advantageous • Solid experience with java threads/concurrency concepts • Linux experience (Debian). • Source control systems e.g. Git • Basic web development skills is advantageous.
