Card Connect is looking to appoint a Software Developer / Team Lead. You will be the owner of technical solutions implemented for the business. As a Team Lead, you will provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. You will need to implement good development practices and processes, to maintain high standards of software quality. Most importantly, you will be developing.

The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

Managing a team of developers, Architects and develop software solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Perform code reviews
Take responsibility for the overall solution being implemented.
Generate and maintain documentation of the solution.
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Senior Software Developer or Team Lead
Qualifications: BSc Degree in Computer Science
Experience as a developer in the card industry is a must
Experience in Dynamics365 would advantageous
Demonstrated team leadership skills
