Position: Software Developer
Area: Port Elizabeth
Salary: Depending on experience and qualification

Responsibilities
Develop and implement new and existing software programs
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Design and update software database
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary
Create documentation to compliment the software systems and support the user base

Requirements
Qualification in Computer Science / similar
3+ years’ experience in desktop-based (forms-based) software development, specifically in Microsoft Visual Basic / AND in report writing software (e.g. Crystal Reports)
3+ years’ experience in web-based development, specifically HTML, CSS and JavaScript (or similar) / Microsoft SQL Server design, maintenance and administration (which includes SQL Server Replication)
