3. QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Diploma or Degree
4. SKILLS REQUIRED:
A good understanding of accounting and mathematical principals
A good understanding of the Employee Benefits industry would be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Attention to detail/accuracy
Must be able to work in a team and under pressure

5. TECHNOLOGY:
Delphi 5 and higher
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Visual Studio .Net (C# and VB .Net)
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Other development languages would be advantageous

6. WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years Delphi Development
Minimum 5 years SQL Server
