Matric certificate
Valid Scrum Master Certification
Driver’s License.
IT Software Certificate or Qualification or Other - advantage
IT Software Development experience gained in an IT Software Scrum Master Role – Essential.
Min 2 -4 plus working years’ experience as a IT Software Scrum Master in a IT Software Development Environment within either Life Insurance OR in any other Industries
Experience gained working with International Clients advantage but not essential
Strong Agile experience gained is required
Facilitator of the Agile Scrum process following the Agile principles
Helping Scrum team to achieve its full potential by delivering on its commitments
SDLC experience essential
Guide Product Owner.
Continual self-improvement growing your craft; blogs; scrum user groups/forums/gatherings
Establishment cross functional team.
Conduct Scrum Team workshops with training.
Salary range R30 000 – R35 000 Gross per cost to Company monthly package CTC
