Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Technical Engagement:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to connect with existing and potential clients.
- Demonstrate software capabilities through both onsite and remote presentations.

2. Client Support & Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering top-notch support.

3. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work independently and collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Utilise communication tools for remote and onsite technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Weekend Standby: Required on alternate weekends
- Location: Brackenfell, Western Cape (Hybrid)

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: R10,000 plus commission

Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales and support within the software/technology industry.
- Proven track record in technical support and sales or related fields.
- Strong technical acumen to communicate complex software concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strong understanding of technology products and services.
- Must reside in Cape Town, South Africa and be within driving distance from Brackenfell.
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
