Iworking for a very well established international company, the successful candidate will be responsible for project management in selected projects, coming with project management acumen and experience.

Job Description
Responsible person to plan, manage, organize and coordinate projects with HQ, client and local branch.
Control and oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, with the necessary requirements and within the budget. Designate project resources, prepare budgets, quotes, ensure technical compliance, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
Responsible to keep all project documents strictly controlled, up to date and organised.
Support all the project stages: considering manufacturing lead times, deliveries of different equipment to factory and site, coordinating transport, construction phases, commissioning stages, until the site is fully constructed and commissioned, including after-sales as well as O&M support.
Support actively resolving project stage issues, including technical incidents that occur during the life of the product, ensuring compliance with the conditions after the sale of agreements with customers regarding guarantees, terms and costs.
Support actively after-sales issues of the projects including doing technical assistance when needed. Resolution of documentation systems and tracking of after-sales incidences as well as keeping track of spare parts.
Coordinate plant activities following safety, environment and quality rules and procedures, aiming to ensure zero accidents in the company duties.
Must have thorough knowledge of the company products and service line to accurately and sufficiently address customer questions throughout the project stages.
Interaction and collaboration with the sales department as well as the rest of departments. Teamwork based mindset.
Manage relationships of project clients, strategic alliances, local suppliers and others.
Resolution of technical doubts raised in commercial activities as well as preparation and organization of technical documentation when required.
Prepare plant reports to keep different parties fully informed about project status, results, and criticalities.
Research of local suppliers for the company, requesting technical and commercial offers, coordinating between sales and operations departments and negotiating when necessary.

Minimum Requirements
2 yrs experience in project development or similar technical role
An Engineering discipline is a must.
Renewable energy industry experience
On site experience
Commercial knowledge within the PV industry and medium voltage
Experience in design, project management, construction, commissioning, technical incidences and after-sales.
Knowledge and experience in utility scale plants with previous experience in an EPC company highly advantageous
Valid passport and working visa is a must
