Sous Chef:
Requirements:
? A relevant hospitality and/or cooking degree/diploma
? Min of 2 years’ experience in a profound restaurant kitchen
Salary: R10 000 p/m
Hours: irregular.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan and direct the food preparation
? Manage the kitchen staff
? Train new employees
? Create schedules to ensure adequate manning for the kitchen.
? Planning of menus
